2026 Buhl Day For-profit Food Vendor Form

 

Deadline for Application: July 30, 2026

Non-Profit vendors MUST upload the following: Copy of current Liability Insurance Certificate and proof of Non-Profit Status by emailing tom@buhlpark.org (application not complete until all forms are accepted by Buhl Park)

·       You must have proof of current liability insurance that is turned in to tom@buhlpark.org. You are also required to have access to a copy of your liability insurance for the day of the event.

 

  • You must also complete all of the required forms from the City of Hermitage through this link: https://buhlpark.typeform.com/to/HI9GbdNA
    • We will receive a confirmation (as will you) once completed.
    • You MUST have access to a copy of the completed forms for the day of the event.

 

·       VENDOR APPLICATIONS AND ALL AFOREMENTIONED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  No exceptions will be made.

·       Submitting an application does not guarantee your participation in this event.

·       We do accept applications from more than one vendor of the same type, however, we reserve the right to limit the number of types of vendors and they are accepted on a first come, first served basis and as space permits.  You may be contacted by Buhl Park for clarification or to discuss your application.  Upon acceptance, your registration check will be deposited.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

·       You will be notified no less than 72 hours prior to the event regarding your vendor space and set-up and breakdown procedures.

·       Vendors must be set up no later than 11 AM.

·         Electricity is available for all food vendors, if needed. You must designate what you need at the time of registration.  If using electric, you must provide an extension cord (minimum of 100 ft.) with 4 wire plug to access 240 electric. Generators are permitted and encouraged.

·       One food vendor space is approximately 15 ft. x 15 ft. Vendor booth placement is at the discretion of Buhl Park.

·       No amplified sound is permitted in your booth space.

·       You are responsible for cleaning up your area.  If after inspection at the end of the event, your space is deemed unclean, you will be notified and subject to a cleaning fee.

·       Please do not sell anything at your booth that is not listed on your application.

·       You are expected to remain at the event until the end of the event and to follow the proper breakdown procedures.  If you must leave the event early, please make prior arrangements with organizers.  If an emergency arises on the day of the event and you must leave early, please find an event volunteer to assist you in leaving your area safely.

Rules & Regulations:

Please complete all portions of the appropriate application and return it as soon as possible. Food booths will be assigned in the order the applications are processed. As in the past, no more than two organizations will be permitted to sell the same items, except for beverages. Just a reminder that only food/beverages can be sold. Please limit your menu to 4-5 items, not including beverages.

A vendor requiring electricity will be limited to 7.2 KW (Kilowatts) per single space. Extension cords must be 12 or 14 gauge with a ground plug (3-wire). Vendors need a 4-wire 30 amp 220 volt Male Plug on the end of their cords. You will only be permitted to use equipment that has been listed on your application.

By sending in this application, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own free will and are indemnifying Buhl Park Corporation and the Trustees of F.H. Buhl Farm, including their officers, agents, employees and volunteers of any wrong doings including, but not limited to, failure to produce a copy of your liability insurance and/or the required forms from the City of Hermitage, quality control of your product to customers and any repercussions following your service.

If you do not accept, you will not be able to participate as a vendor at Buhl Day.
