2024 Swimming Lessons at Buhl Park 

Two 5-week sessions offered for your convenience.

First session: May 29 - June 26, 2024 (rain makeup dates July 3 & July 10)

Second session: July 17 - August 14, 2024 (rain makeup dates August 21 & August 28)

Please note that refunds will not be given unless 3/5 classes have been cancelled & not made up

Full refunds prior to 10 days before the first class can be administered minus a $15 administrative fee

No refunds will be given within 10 days of the first class

Times: Please choose one for your swimmer 

Wednesdays 5:30PM-6:30PM

Wednesdays 7PM-8PM

Price: $65 per child per session

$1.95 Online convenience fee charged at checkout.

Sharks: Level 4-Stroke Improvement

• 7-8 years of age or older

• Swimmers should already be able to swim front and back crawl 25 yards

• Swimmers will work on; rotary breathing, freestyle, backstroke, elementary backstroke, scissors kick and sidestroke, whip kick, and breast stroke, intro to turning at wall, diving in kneeling position

Releases

Media Release: I/We herby give Buhl Park and participating agencies permission to use and films, videotapes and photographs of the above participant for lawful promotional or informational purposes. *

Medical Release: I/We herby give permission to the medical personnel selected by Buhl Park to secure any and all advised hospitalization, medical dental and/or surgical treatment. In the event that previous treatments are deemed necessary, all costs of such shall be borne by the participant.*

Equipment Release: I/We understand that any equipment received for use is the property of the Buhl Park and must be returned upon termination of the participant's involvement with the program. *   

Activity Release: I/We give approval of participation in the Buhl Park sponsored activities. I/We assume all risks of injury whatsoever and agree to hold harmless the Buhl Park from claim(s) of any nature arising from activity, including transpiration, connected with the Buhl Park. This hold harmless agreement includes, but is not limited to, any claim(s) due to injury proximately resulting from negligence of the Buhl Park, its employees, agents, Roscoe Physiotherapy, Co., participating agencies and volunteers. *

Liability Release: I/We, the undersigned participant, in consideration of being able to participate in Buhl Park's programming, do herby and for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, agree to release forever discharge and hold harmless The Buhl Park Corporation and Trustees, and all officers, employees, administrators, as well as volunteer staff of Buhl Park, officers, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, suits and damages, costs, whatsoever, arising out of physical and/or mental personal injuries and property damage which may be sustained by, or caused by, the minor applicant, including damages inflicted through the negligent acts of the minor applicant as direct or indirect result of the minor applicant's participation in Buhl Park.
