Water Fitness With Roscoe Physiotherapy 

A part of Wellness Wednesdays at Buhl Park 

Please join us for a new water fitness class with none other than the wonderful staff from Roscoe Physiotherapy. This class will feature various water exercises, some with equipment and some without to keep you active while enjoying our pool this summer. Equipment will be provided.  

You may sign up weekly, monthly, or all at once. We ask that you come to your first class 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork to assess your mobility. 

Price: $10 per class (includes a pass for open swim after class)

Liability Release: I, in consideration of being able to participate in the Buhl Park Golf Fitness Class, do hereby agree to release forever discharge and hold harmless The Buhl Park Corporation and Trustees, and all officers, employees, administrators, as well as The Titleist Performance Institute, the PGA, and their respective agents, volunteer staff of Buhl Park, officers, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, suits and damages, costs, whatsoever, arising out of physical and/or mental personal injuries and property damage which may be sustained by, or caused by, the registrant, including damages inflicted through the negligent acts of the registrant as a direct or indirect result of the registrant's participation in the Buhl Park Golf Fitness Class.

The Buhl Park Corporation has established and implemented precautionary and preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 pursuant to CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health recommendations; however, The Buhl Park Corporation ​cannot and does not guarantee that you, your child/children, your household members, or any other person(s), will not become infected with COVID-19.

I am aware of the contagious nature of COVID-19 and have voluntarily chosen to participate in Buhl Park’s Golf Fitness Class. ​I acknowledge that the circumstances regarding COVID-19 are changing from day to day and much information regarding COVID-19 is still unknown. 

Activity Release: I give approval for participation in the Buhl Park Golf Fitness Class sponsored activity. I assume all risks of injury whatsoever and agree to hold harmless Buhl Park from claim(s) of any nature arising from activity, including transpiration, connected with the Buhl Park Golf Fitness Class. This hold harmless agreement includes, but is not limited to, any claim(s) due to injury proximately resulting from the negligence of the Buhl Park Golf Fitness Class, its employees, agents, LPGA and PGA Professionals, Titleist Performance Institute Certified Professionals, participating agencies, and volunteers.

Media Release: I hereby give Buhl Park and participating agencies permission to use any films, videotapes and photographs of you for lawful, promotional, or informational purposes.
